We achieve this by attending to all aspects of facility maintenance by maintaining a maintenance calendar and keeping a maintenance record, promptly responding to concerns of residents and informing and working with the Board of Directors as a team, regarding areas that need attention to keep Community Association an enjoyable, special place to live and visit and return to time and time.
